Frequently Asked Questions.
What the courses contain, what the live retreat demands, and what you need to know before you commit.
What do I actually get when I buy a course?
A structured daily workbook, not a video series or a PDF you skim once. Each course runs 5 to 30 days depending on the system, with one focus, one challenge and one install line per day, so you always know exactly what to do and why. No filler days.
How is this different from generic self-help or motivational content?
Motivational content gives you a feeling that wears off by lunch. This is a daily install process built from real field experience, not theory pulled from a textbook. Every drill exists because it was tested in the real world first.
Do I have to do the courses in a specific order?
There is a natural path: start with a free field guide, then the Confidence Accelerator or Magnetic Presence, then High-Value Masculinity, and then the Identity Recoding Protocol if you are ready to go deeper. Each course also stands on its own. Buy the one that matches the problem you actually have right now.
How long until I see results?
Men who complete the daily work may notice changes in how they carry themselves within the first 7 to 10 days. The full process takes consistent practice across the entire course. This is not a hack; it is a rebuild.
Is this only for single guys, or is there an age limit?
Neither. Married or single does not change a thing; this is about the man, not his relationship status. The message speaks to men over 40 rebuilding, but the system works for any man ready to stop coasting.
What actually happens at the live retreat?
Five days, fully live-in, with physical challenge by day and identity work by night: pack marches, boxing, the pistol range, a life-skills gauntlet, and a formal dinner and ceremony to close. You do not need to arrive shredded. You do need to arrive willing and medically cleared for a demanding week.
Do I need medical clearance to participate?
Yes. Every participant must provide written medical clearance confirming that he is fit to participate in a physically demanding retreat. We do not assess your medical fitness. If the required clearance is not received by the deadline, you cannot participate.
Can activities be modified for injuries or physical limitations?
No individual modifications are guaranteed. This is a physically demanding group retreat, and participants must arrive medically cleared and capable of completing the published requirements. If you cannot safely maintain the required standard during an activity, you may be withdrawn from that activity or medically discharged from the retreat. No participant will be abandoned or placed in an unsafe situation.
What is included in the retreat fee?
From arrival at the retreat accommodation, the fee covers lodging, meals, scheduled training, activities and the equipment supplied for the program. Flights, travel to and from the accommodation, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included. Participants must bring suitable workout shoes, jogging shoes and hiking boots, along with the clothing and personal items listed in the pre-arrival pack.
What happens if I cannot complete the retreat?
Once the retreat begins, every participant is expected to complete the program. If you become medically unable to continue, you may be medically discharged. Every participant must hold suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, injury, medical treatment and evacuation for the activities involved. Costs arising from withdrawal or medical discharge are the participant’s responsibility and should be claimed through their insurer where covered.
What is the retreat refund policy?
Leave before the halfway point and you will receive a 25% refund. Once you are past halfway, the fee is non-refundable because you have already received the bulk of the program. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
What happens if someone disrupts the retreat?
Men of every age can become disruptive. Harassment, intimidation, unsafe conduct, deliberate disruption or repeated refusal to follow lawful safety instructions will result in removal from the retreat as soon as practicable. This is a demanding environment, but it is not an excuse to compromise the group or anyone’s safety.
What happens after the retreat ends?
The retreat is the beginning, not the end. We are building a global brotherhood of men committed to growth, accountability and action. The aim is to create a trusted network whose members can support one another across countries—in health, business, wealth creation and the challenges that come with rebuilding your life. You leave with more than an experience. You leave with men you can call on and men who can call on you.
